Both our Florida pool homes are located in Merritt Island, Florida and is just a few minutes drive to Cocoa Beach, the Atlantic ocean beaches, Port Canaveral, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Kennedy Space Center, and 45 minutes to Orlando Attractions such as Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Escape to Orlando, Sea World, Dolphin Encounter, Medieval Times, Wet n' Wild, Splendid China, 45 minutes to Daytona Beach, NASCAR, and Bike Week.

Just minutes to Port Canaveral, homeport for the cruise ships of Disney, Princess, Carnival, Premier, and the Big Red Boat. Six casino cruises daily, world-famous deep-sea fishing, Greyhound Racetrack, Historic Cocoa Village, world-famous Ron-Jon's Surf Shop, and five star restaurants are also close by.

General Rental Policies

Monthly rates range from $1995 - $2500 per month depending on season (includes electric, gas, water, lawn and pool service, Satellite TV with HBO
Rates Do Not Include 12% State and Local Resort Tax.
Reservation deposit is $350. required to hold the reservation
Cleaning charge of $100 is required

Discounts are available for 6+ months plus if you rent for 6+ months we will not charge tax!!  Please call for details.

The pool at the Dolphin property is solar heated. In addition we have a heat pump pool heater to supplement the solar heated pool. The heat for the heat pump pool heater is an additional charge, and is optional. During the winter months we highly recommend the additional pool heat option.

Check-in: 4 p.m.
Check-out: 10 a.m.

No refunds for early departure or hurricanes.
