Beautiful, private, 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home with screened heated swimming pool and private fenced yard! This is a spacious home (2100 Square Feet) with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, tons of windows and French doors to let in the Florida sun!

This is a newer home located in a nice clean tree-lined residential area of Merritt Island, Florida, just a few minutes to Cocoa Beach attractions and the Atlantic ocean beaches!

You will just love the private fenced yard, with the large screened in heated pool. The pool was designed to play volleyball, 6 feet deep in the middle and 4 feet deep at each end. The screen covered in-ground heated pool is positioned right outside the family room with an outdoor shower, as well as a backyard grassy play area beyond the pool area. The screened patio contains comfortable patio furniture and a barbecue grill.

The pool is solar heated, but in the winter months we highly recommend the optional pool heat (additional fee). If you choose the optional pool heat we set the pool heater to 85 degrees.

The house has a King bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twins (day bed) in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. It has a full eat-in kitchen, living room, family room, Pool Table, Electronic Dart Game, Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey game, two-car garage, built-in security system, DVD player, stereo system that is wired through-out the house and the pool area, a wet bar near pool, Jacuzzi tub (big enough for 2!) in master bath, and much more.

This home has a split bedroom floor plan, so the master bedroom is across the house from the other two bedrooms. Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub big enough for two!
