outside the family room, as well as a backyard grassy play area

This property is located in Merritt Island, FL. Merritt Island
is surrounded by the Banana and Indian Rivers. These are very wide
inter-coastal water ways for boating and other water activities. The
drive to Cocoa Beach where the Atlantic ocean beaches are located is
about 8 miles, but it is a very scenic drive.
